Please note that keys are required for access. Prior to arrival, detailed check-in instructions will be sent via email.

Guests will need to collect the apartment key from a secure lockbox located approximately 5 minutes from the property on the way to the apartment.

Self check-in instructions will be sent two days prior to arrival through the property web app as well as a concierge service called Planit.

They can plan any activities for your trip free of charge.

Our property web app provides:

• Options for early check ins, late check out and mid stay cleans

Guests are required to complete the Verify Me section before arrival, which takes approximately 2 minutes and includes choosing either a bond hold or a small damage waiver fee of $32.10.

The Mount Maunganui town centre is easily walkable, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within a few minutes’ stroll.
